CiderPunk Chorizo cooked in Cider
Heat a small skillet and add the choirizo, you wont need any oil as the chorizo will render its own fat Fry for 2 -3 minutes until lightly browned and add the cider. Reduce the cider until there are only a couple of tablespoons left. Sprinkle the dish with a little smoked paprika and serve immediately with fresh crusty bread and more artisan cider on the side.
