CiderPunk Chorizo cooked in Cider

  • 3 or 4 good quality fresh chorizo, cut into inch long chunks
  • 1/4 pint dry artisan cider
  • 1/2 tsp good quality smoked spanish paprika
  • Fresh crusty bread to serve

Heat a small skillet and add the choirizo, you wont need any oil as the chorizo will render its own fat

Fry for 2 -3 minutes until lightly browned and add the cider. Reduce the cider until there are only a couple of tablespoons left.

Sprinkle the dish with a little smoked paprika and serve immediately with fresh crusty bread and more artisan cider on the side.
